• My internal state of being precedes my personal reality. I meditate for one hour daily as a top priority.
• Every decision I make is imprinted in my soul. I bias toward integrity and paths that feel true to me, and I fully own the consequences of my actions and inactions.
• Growth means putting myself in a bigger box every day — shining light on limiting beliefs and facing them with courage. I'm comfortable with uncertainty and not overthinking.
